Must be the registered owner. Must have valid photo ID or passport. Vehicle has to have insurance to be driven out or tow out price can be discounted. 

If registered owner is currently incarcerated, in the hospital, out of state, or unavailable the person picking up the vehicle or belongings must have original notorized release or notorized power of attorney with valid identification

Jail photos will NOT be accepted
